Odin's Horn Circle Brass Pendant Celtic necklace sm

This Sacred Charm is a brass Odin's Horn Celtic pendant, 2cm long on a black waxed cotton necklace with adjustable knots to lengthen as desired.

The Triple Horn is a Viking symbol of the Norse god Odin, chief of the Norse gods who learned the secrets of goddess magic. This symbol consists of three interlocked drinking horns. The horns feature in the mythological stories of Odin and are recalled in traditional Norse toasting rituals. Most stories involve Odin's quest for the Odhroerir, a magical mead brewed from the blood of the wise god Kvasir. Odin uses his wits and magic to procure the brew over three days and so the three horns reflect the three draughts of the magical mead. Odin achieved the secret of changing fate by gaining the knowledge of runes and is one of the most popular of the Norse Warrior gods and remains important in the modern version of Norse magic, Asatru.
