Shipping & Delivery  

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping will normally take place within 1 - 4 days after receiving your payment and can take between 2 and 10 days for delivery depending on your location. For any additional information about your order please feel free to email us.

At Heart Mala, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us will be used to provide you with the services you have agreed to. It is safe and secure with us.

We promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. Any personal information we request from you is held on secure servers and we comply fully with all applicable Data Protection legislation. Pay Pal handles our credit card transactions. They receive only the personal information needed to verify and authorize your payment card and to process your order, and are under strict obligation to keep this private.

Heart Mala does not retain credit card details in our system at any time. Please do not email us your credit card details, as this information will not be encrypted and thus not be a secure method of transmission. We may contact you twice a year via email for special sales and promotions. If you would like to be removed from this list, please let us know.

Returns & Replacements

We know you will be happy with your purchase and we want you to enjoy your shopping experience. However we will gladly exchange items within 7 days for something else, unless it is a custom order. Custom order sales are final, and may not be returned or exchanged. Sale items may be exchanged for store credit only. We do require that you contact us first via e-mail and include your original receipt (sent via e-mail, when you placed the order) and to indicate the reason for the return.  Any items being returned must be received by us within 10 days of original purchase. There will be no reimbursement for shipping and handling charges. Heart Mala is not responsible for returns which are lost in transit, so for your protection, please insure the security of the return shipment and make sure the item has some method of tracking.

By completing a Purchase Order, You are making an offer to purchase the Product at the price set out in the Website. Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by using PayPal or Direct Deposit. We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase Order. Heart Mala may reject Your Purchase Order, and refund any payment made by you, at any time.

The Purchase Order must be paid in full immediately upon entry into the Agreement. All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card - your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit provider for details. In some areas of the site, prices will be shown with an estimate of the price in you (AUD).These converted prices are for information purposes only, to help you get an idea of the approximate cost of a product, and they may not be the exact amounts that will appear on your credit card statement. The final charge to your card is made in Australian Dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider. Therefore we are not able to take responsibility if the final amount charged to your card differs slightly from the estimated conversions we provide.

Heart Mala may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes on reasonable prior notice to You. If Heart Mala requests payment for increased prices, You may cancel the order by giving notice to Heart Mala, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

5) Select a Payment Method (Direct Deposit or PayPal)

You are welcome to make payment through Paypal. On checkout just indicate Pay Pal and you will be redirected to their site .They have a secure system and all your details are protected.

Heart Mala may reject your purchase order, and refund any payment made by you, at any time.

While we make every effort to provide the most accurate information to you the client, occasionally a typographical error or an inaccuracy of information may occur. Heart Mala has the right to make modification and changes to the site or the information related to the products and/or services at any time, for any reason Heart Mala reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at anytime for product(s) with typographical or pricing error. Heart Mala reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Heart Mala shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Products

All of our items at Heart Mala are handcrafted. We make every effort to ensure the colors on the website closely reflect the actual pieces. But please keep in mind, due to the inherent nature of gemstones and naturally formed pearls and rudraksha beads, slight variations in texture, coloring and size will occur. The actual colors you see on your monitor may vary, and we cannot guarantee accuracy of your screen. We only ask that you keep these things in mind when ordering. Also, rudraksha seeds, when new, are a lighter colour, through time they darken as they absorb your natural body oils. Any questions can be communicated through email.

Your Mala is sacred, therefore please care for it as you would for your other precious items. When not being worn, you might like to keep your mala on  your Altar or special crystal.
